Mo + Josh { oak creek canyon }

katrina and i were thrilled to be able to shoot in the location we were married 9 years ago this month :) garland's lodge is probably the cutest, most quaint, and comfortable canyon lodge you'll find in northern arizona.

mo and josh chose the perfect day for their wedding, and we know they and their families had a very nice time. thanks, mo+josh, for choosing me to document your wedding day... katrina and i had fun and are honored you shared it with us :)

...mo's ring is a beautiful family heirloom from several generations back.












...garland's has an enourmous organic garden, vineyard, and fruit orchard, which all made a great backdrop for their first meeting.


...sunflowers were an important part of the day :)

mo+josh had the coolest guestbook for their family and friends to sign. it is a copy of the cookbook " sharing the table at garland's lodge," that the chef and owners of garland's have just released... mo's family is part of the garland clan :)

vineyard weddings in arizona?!?

margaret van damme of van damme weddings designed a gorgeous vineyard wedding at page springs cellars located just about 10 minutes south of gorgeous sedona, arizona. she really put together a lot of great details in this 40's styled editorial shoot.

last minute i brought in a vintage suitcase and it really added for some fun images of the models. the miss-matched plates and cups, vintage postcards, vintage table clothes etc. were perfect touches margaret designed. and it definitely would not have been the same with the light and airy beautiful floral work by amy and vickie at bliss extraordinary floral.
